\nTo ensure that your event runs smoothly, please contact Parking and Transportation Services no later than five (5) days prior to the date of the event to make parking arrangements.<\/em><\/div>\n

Event Services<\/h2>\n

The department provides event services to all approved events on campus. This consists of digital codes, reserving parking spaces and having parking attendants available to direct and guide guests. The department recommends that parking arrangements be made at least 5<\/strong> business days prior to the event.<\/p>\n

Requestors are provided with a generated code to provide guests with parking. Departments will be charged for each permit that is used. Non-UCF organizations will need to provide the number of attendees and purchase the number of permits needed up-front.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Space Reservations<\/h4>\n

Spaces in any green lot or garage may be reserved for an event. Please note that requestors will be charged for the number of spaces reserved, regardless if they are used or not. Reservation requests made for certain parking lots and garages during semester peak times may be subject to a surcharge.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Parking Attendant Services<\/h4>\n

Event organizers may request parking attendants to assist with parking their guests, providing directions and to ensure that any space reservations remain secure throughout the event. Parking attendants may be hired for $24.90 per hour, for a minimum of two hours.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
