An overview is below. For more details, please see <a href=\"https:\/\/fs.ucf.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/10\/B-Lots-Pamphlet-Digital-Final.pdf\">this flyer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout this project. We understand the upcoming work may cause some inconvenience, but please know that we\u2019re working closely with our construction partners to minimize disruptions as much as possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Timeline<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Construction begins Nov. 3 and is expected to be complete in mid-January.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The project will be split into two phases to allow for some parking availability near Millican Hall and Duke Welcome Center during construction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>About the Project<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Combining lots B1 and B3 and lots B2 and B4 on either side of Millican Hall and the Duke Energy Welcome Center.<\/li>\n<li>Repaving the parking lots<\/li>\n<li>Replacing the shuttle bus loop at Millican Hall with a walkway<\/li>\n<li>Replacing the roads on either side of Millican Hall with walkways<\/li>\n<li>Landscape enhancements to the green space between Millican Hall and the Duke Energy Welcome Center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>The Impact:\u00a0<\/strong>Construction will be completed in two phases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Phase 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Lots B3 and B4 will be closed.<\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Visitor parking in B3 and B4 relocated to lots B5, B6, and Garage B for entirety of the project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Access the Welcome Center at the break in fencing along Gemini Blvd.<\/li>\n<li>Lots B1 and B2 will remain open for parking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Phase 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Lots B1 and B2 will be closed, in addition to the bus loop behind Millican Hall.<\/li>\n<li>Access Millican Hall from the Reflection Pond entrance.<\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\">Lots B3 and B4 reopen as temporary employee parking only until construction is complete.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Golf Cart Shuttle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A golf cart shuttle will be available to take employees from Duke Energy Welcome Center and Millican Hall to the nearby B-Lots during construction.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If your question wasn\u2019t answered here, please email <\/span><a href=\"mailto:parking@ucf.edu\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">parking@ucf.edu<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Construction Update: January 22, 2026 B-1 and B-3: Renovations are complete and the lots are open.
