Appealing a Citation<\/h2>\n

Citations must be appealed within ten (10) business days from the date of citation issuance. Citation payments (including late fees) will be deferred until the Appeals Committee has rendered a decision.<\/p>\n

Payments made while the citation is in the appeal process will cancel the appeal.<\/p>\n

Decisions are based on your explanation and\/or any documentation provided. Fully explain any circumstances supporting your appeal. If you have documentation to support your petition, please email us parking@ucf.edu<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

You may also bring any documentation to the Visitor and Parking Information Center or email<\/a> us. Any supporting documentation must be received in the office or postmarked by the tenth business day from the date of citation issuance. Supporting documentation must include your name, address, citation number (if known) and license tag number.<\/p>\n

The Appeals Committee is comprised of students, faculty, and staff members of the university who are appointed by the Vice President of Administration and Finance. Committee members are not affiliated with Parking and Transportation Services.<\/p>\n
